The Split Seconds
The Split Seconds
Formed in 2015, The Split Seconds exploded onto the DC music scene with their unique style of no-frills classic pop-punk. Rising from the ashes of Dischord Records' The Coastals, frontman Drew Champion sought to put together a project combining the energy of late-70's Punk with undertones of 60's pop, and garage rock.

Joined by drummer Sean Peterson, bassist Stephen Parsons, and guitarist Alex Massi, The Split Seconds took their sound to enthusiastic audiences at east coast punk clubs.

The Split Seconds' debut LP "Center of Attention" was released by Altercation Records Inc. in March 2017 to critical acclaim, featured on outlets including The Washington Post, Punknews, Dying Scene, New Noise, and Idobi Radio.

The Split Seconds are busy in 2017 touring, recording, and performing at festivals including SXSW, The Fest, and Antisocial Camp-Out.
Accidents
Accidents
Described as "frantic, gutsy, energetic, grungy, no-bullshit punk rock", Accidents are not an act for the weary. They started partying in May of 2010 and have hit several rocks along the way, but are still kicking. From melodic punk tunes to pop rock anthems, Accidents reflect a variety of musical influences in their songs. The band's hard work has earned them headlining slots in the area's top venues, such as 9:30 Club, Rock and Roll Hotel, The State Theater, Empire and Jammin Java, as long as supporting major touring acts such as Andrew WK, The Misfits, DRI, Emery, and Darkest Hour. You should totally come check out a show, grab a beer or five, and jump in the pit. Accidents like to party.
Braceface
Braceface

Formed in 2008/2009, Braceface have been a constant work in progress, growing tighter as musicians and most importantly as friends. From songs about faulty relationships to songs that embrace our everyday fuck ups, Braceface's tongue and cheek lyrics have since been stirring interest throughout the DMV area. With caffeine driven live shows and no signs of crashing soon, Braceface are definitely a band to keep on your radar!
